full-suspension or hardtail ? £300-350?

im sort of a beginner, i ride downhill (not REALLY steep) no real big jumps, but lots of roots and branches. big hills so weight is important also ride on straight ground aswell with minor bumps, sharp turns and quite mucky i was thinking about this

Neither of those bikes is a full suspension. The second one is a dirt jump bike, unsuitable for downhill or cross country riding. In your price range any full suspension bike will be low quality so you should be looking at hardtails
