Mountain Bike Rack

Can anyone recommend a mountain bike rack to use on VW Jetta base bars?

I was thinking about Mont Blanc Barracuda? Don’t know if they will work with my base bars?

I have had every rack going and my cars have had the dint scratches and rubs to prove it. I would only recommend the tow bar types, any.
