Mountain Bike Suspension

What bike should i get????????

Hi i live in the uk, im trying to loose some weight and drive to work everyday.
I would rather cycle but don’t have a bike, and i don’t know what one to get.
i want a decent mountain bike, suspension bikes look good but are they practical for long travelling.
Please share your views.

I have got one myself and it rocks. I have other bikes, so I use this one as a commuter, but as a commuter you can have fun with. As an entry level bike this is probably a good option as it is good value and you can actually ride it straight out of the box. You can buy one at:
